Trade Rules
These trade rules are designed to ensure a fair and efficient trading environment for all collectors. Please review the guidelines below to understand our criteria and conditions for trading, including the options for cash and store credit.

- Graded Cards
- We accept a wide range of Pokémon graded cards, 1 through 10. This includes Topps and virtually any other brand within the Pokémon series.
- Damaged Cards
- Damaged cards are welcome, but their acceptance is determined on a case-by-case basis by our store associates. They will evaluate the condition of each card and decide whether it meets our criteria for trade-ins.
- Cash and Credit
- All trades can be completed using either cash or store credit. If you choose to receive cash, please be aware that the cash buy-back rate will be lower compared to the rate offered for store credit. You also have the option to receive a combination of cash and credit, with the credit portion pro-rated to ensure maximum value received for your trade-in.
- Bulk
- We do not accept bulk trade-ins for common or uncommon cards. Please be aware that we do not take modern reverse holos. This policy helps us maintain a higher standard of quality in our card inventory.
